Since its opening in 1975, the library has been moved to the current library building in August 1989 and transformed into a user-centered library through remodeling in 2008.
The library has been supporting users with learning and research by equipping them with books, serial publications, audiovisual materials, and electronic materials (e-books, academic database, and video lectures)
